The brown and white blesbok, named Top Deck, stole the limelight at the 13th Absa Kirkwood Wildlife Festival when Gamevest owner Phillip Mostert bought him, Beeld reported on Monday.
Top Deck’s brother, Mnumzane, was reportedly sold for R4.2 million in May during an auction in Limpopo.
A blesbok usually costs between R1500 and R2000.
