Property auction fest in just a few hours

So says Dr Bertie Saunderson of Park Village Auctions (PVA), which has been mandated to auction the bulk of the properties situated in the quaint Namaqualand towns of Kleinzee and Koingnaas.

Kleinzee and Koingnaas were recently proclaimed, which has opened up the towns to private ownership. Both towns are well-established, feature good infrastructure and offer a healthy mix of properties, making it possible to escape the rat race without sacrificing all the conveniences of modern day living.

Facilities located within the towns include among others, community recreation clubs, squash courts, libraries, churches, postal services, schools, a clinic, a hospital building (currently not operating), gyms, a golf club, office blocks, tennis courts, training facilities, pottery studios, restaurants, grocery stores and angling clubs. A number of guesthouses and caravan parks have sprung up recently.
