Realty Arena will auction the Gooderson San Rock Resort & Conference Centre, including all furnishings, onsite on November 29 at noon.

Auctioneer Dean Garzancich says the resort is fully functional and the buildings are aesthetically pleasing.
It is comprised of a main lodge, 24 hotel rooms, 18 selfcatering chalets, camp and caravan sites, staff accommodation, swimming pools, kiddies’ jungle gyms and braai areas.
The resort situated on 19 hectares of natural terrain and bushveld, providing a tranquil weekend getaway spot, wedding venue or conferencing facility accommodating up to 400 seated guests.
