On November 13 Van's Auctioneers will sell a residential development and a large adjacent stand in Bergtuin, Pretoria.

Industrial property Bergtuin is one of the few remaining areas near the centre of Pretoria where residential stands can still be developed.
The development is nestled against the slope of the Magalies Mountain Nature Reserve and borders the west of the N1.
Eastlynne borders the western and southern part of the development and Derdepoort is north east of the development. The residential development is 2.6 hectares in extent and consists of 30 stands, a guardhouse and partially completed perimeter wall.
Two of the stands on the development have partially completed homes and one of the properties is 80% complete.
The unimproved stand borders the south of the development and is 1 650m2 in extent.
