Park Village Auctions (PVA) will auction a medium-sized industrial manufacturing warehouse in Kew, Johannesburg on November 27 at 11am.

Located at 49 Eleventh Road, the warehouse is a double-storey structure that previously played host to a Win-Door Warehouse.

The ground floor comprises a reception area, cloakrooms, a server room, an open-plan office area, a staff kitchen, storerooms, a walk-in safe, three private offices and a boardroom.

The first floor features a landing area, a staff cloakroom, a storeroom and large display area with two internal offices. A pedestrian entrance leads from the ground floor reception area into the attached warehouse, which features a large work area, a storage area and staff cloakrooms, change rooms, an office area, an additional storeroom and five staff rooms with toilets.

In total the property measures 2 974m2.

“This is a workhorse-like property both in function and appearance,” notes PVA’s Jaco du Toit. “It is more than up to the task of any light to medium industrial manufacturing activity and is well placed to serve the surrounding area and beyond.”

A collection of moveables will also be auctioned. These include glass panes, aluminium frames, hand tools, work benches, cut-off saws, a single spindle router and an assortment of square aluminium tubing.
