Ideal for dairy, cattle farming

Bronkhorstspruit is a charming developing town with a small farming community, located approximately 50km north east of Pretoria.

The town has a rich history and is host to the largest Buddhist temple in the southern hemisphere.

Agricultural activities in the surrounding area mostly include cultivation and dry land farming. On September 11, Van’s Auctioneers will sell a beautiful 384 hectare grazing farm.

The farm boasts well-kept improvements and equipment that is ideal for dairy and cattle farming.

There are dairy milk stations, a milk factory with relevant equipment, cattle fencing, camps, sheds, two boreholes and other improvements.

The property also has a large residence, storage facility and accommodation for workers. The farm is well covered with suurveld grazing and there are no signs of erosion on the property.

The area has a summer rainfall with an average of 600mm per annum. The farm is located between Delmas and Bronkhorstspruit, and is approximately 25km south of Bronkhorstspruit, and a short distance east of the Bronkhorstspruit Dam Nature Reserve.

The auction will proceed at 11am at the property.
