Following in the wake of Park Village Auction's (PVA) recent successful auction of Petzetakis Africa's plastic pipe and hose line manufacturing assets and equipment, PVA will now auction the manufacturer's properties.
Located at 91 and 95 Hendrik Van Eck Street, Pretoria, the properties comprise portion three and the remaining extent of erf 46 which are notarially tied and collectively measure approximately 11.8 hectares.
A number of amenities are spread out across both properties including two double-storey office blocks, manufacturing and storage warehouses, manufacturing warehouses, staff ablutions, a staff canteen, a weigh bridge and a large cement clad storage area. Ample staff parking and security controlled access also feature with a collection of unused railway siding in storage.
PVA’s Paul Lendia says the properties will suit those seeking prime manufacturing locations down to the ground. He adds that the properties are in “good nick” and have many years of use left in them.
The auction will take place on site on August 6 at 11am. The properties will be sold separately and then again as one lot. Viewing will take place on August 5 between 9am and 4pm.
