M1 Diables Noirs vs Orlando Pirates: Diables Noirs were second in the Congo league which finished in June and will likely be short of match fitness for this African Confederation Cup second round first leg tie. Pirates had a walkover in the first round.

M2 AmaZulu vs TP Mazembe Englebert: AmaZulu are on a five match unbeaten run. Mazembe have started the new season in DR Congo with successive wins.

M3 Marumo Gallants vs Vita Club: Marumo beat opponents from Equatorial Guinea in the first round of the African Confederation Cup. Vita Club have played three games in the new DR Congo with two victories and a draw.

M4 Hannover 96 vs Schalke 04: A first meeting of these clubs since Schalke’s relegation from the Bundesliga. Hannover’s home win count against Schalke is 14-12 with just three draws.

M5 SC Paderborn 07 vs SSV Jahn Regensburg: Jahn Regensburg are in second place in the German second division, one point and one positron above Paderborn, who have won three out of five previous home games against Jahn Regensburg.

M9 Eibar vs Almeria: Eibar are on a seven match unbeaten run and are four points off the top of the Spanish second division, where Almeria sit with six wins from nine games.

M10 West Bromwich Albion vs Birmingham City: West Brom can go level with Bournemouth at the top of the Championship if they win this game. Birmingham City have lost four of their past five games.
