Mandla Mthembu

Mandla Mthembu is the Deputy Chief subeditor of 'The Citizen' newspaper.

He studied at Rhodes University and the University of South Africa (Unisa).

He has previously worked at the New Nation, The Star, Pretoria News, City Press, Sowetan and Sunday Times

He contributes to general news and politics and has won Transport Journalist of year in 1996; and several other awards at The Citizen.

He likes story telling and enjoys public speaking
