Amanda began her career in journalism as a crime reporter with Caxton Community Newspapers in 2005.
She was promoted to news editor of the North Eastern Tribune and Randburg Sun, before moving to The Citizen as an all-round journalist in 2013.
There, she became senior journalist, deputy news editor, and then News Editor.
