Property, fleet on sale
SA Auction Group's next auction in Gauteng will feature 2.42 hectares of prime commercial land that will come under the hammer as part of a major asset disposal operation on behalf of Randquip.

The property is situated next to the N12 in Boksburg and is close to OR Tambo International Airport.
“Properties like this do not come around often,” says Jacques le Roux, operational director of SA Auction Group.
The property is ideal for transport fleets or plant depots and a large number of serious buyers are expected to attend the
auction.
Le Roux says commercial property along the N12 highway is highly sought-after and those who can get their hands on any of it should do so without delay.
The asset disposal operation also includes a massive fleet clearance of construction equipment and transport vehicles. About 70 lots will be auctioned on the day.
The specialist machinery that will come under the hammer include a large number of Bell dump trucks (of which many are scrap), tipper trucks, grader spares, Komatsu dozer spares, a Gantry crane, conveyer rollers, various loaders and bulldozers. The excavators for sale include brands such as CAT, Sumitomo, Volvo and Hitachi.
A Terex mini excavator also forms part of the lot list.
