SA golf scores with new partnership

The relationship between LGG and MWG stemmed from their involvement at Pecanwood Golf and Country Estate.

South African golf courses will now have access to a new integrated landscaping and golf course maintenance solution, with the Life Green Group (LGG) announcing its partnership with Mark Wiltshire Golf (MWG) and which brings a combined 30 years of experience to the market.

The country’s golf courses will now be able to benefit from sustainable and high-quality landscaping and maintenance services in a partnership that pools the collective experience and skills of two of the foremost companies in their respective fields.

“There is a common belief that landscaping and course maintenance are the same thing. This cannot be further from the truth. Each discipline requires a different skillset, operating procedures and equipment,” said Mark Wiltshire, director of MWG.

The relationship between LGG and MWG stemmed from their involvement at Pecanwood Golf and Country Estate.

LGG managed the residential and estate landscaping and MWG the golf course maintenance. Although they shared the workspace, the parties managed their portfolios independently.

Both jumped at the chance to combine their expertise to offer an integrated landscaping and golf course maintenance solution to the market.
