3 Winter body boosts

We’re prone to neglecting our bodies in winter – here are three quick and easy body boosts that won’t take up a lot of time or effort.


  1. Have a soak in a nice warm Epsom Salts bath (if you don’t have water restrictions, of course). Aside from soothing a tired body, it also remineralises the skin. As an added bonus it’s cheap as chips!
  2. Few things beat a good scrub. Not only does it smooth rough patches of skin, it also gives your circulation a boost.
  3. Be your own mixologist by concocting body cream that’s suited to your needs. In winter our skin is more dry, so it’s good to add some additional nourishing oils to increase the barrier protection function. You can also add essential oils for their therapeutic properties and
  4. fragrance.
