Get a workout playing golf

Playing golf can be a great way to include a workout in your busy routine.


If you haven’t played golf before, perhaps go with a friend who knows the game or someone who can teach you. Not only will you be learning a new activity but you will also have the opportunity to burn some calories and tone your abs at the same time!

For an added aerobic workout, leave the gold cart behind and opt to walk (carrying your sport equipment) instead. This can help you to burn many more calories. Remember the faster you move, the more you will burn! Have fun and enjoy golf as well as the workout!

Always remember to consult with your doctor before starting any new exercise regime or making intense changes to your current one – especially if you suffer from any medical conditions and for some reason are required not to place your body or yourself under any form of stress or strain.
