There are various challenges online one can Google and do at home.

For example by running 2km a day over the 21-day period would work out to running a marathon (42km).

People are using treadmills and stationary bikes to get their necessary mileage in.

Others have resorted to swimming laps in swimming pools at home.

Most workouts can be dynamic, using own body weight to train and improve strength and endurance.

As for equipment, one can use chairs, 5-litre water bottles, cans of baked beans and other such items.

Google is a great platform to find things to do to keep your shape and fitness levels.
