Young blood conquers Seeff KZN

When it comes to property for sale in Richards Bay, Elaine Chetty is a force to be reckoned with. Putting together a young and active team with an average age of just 32, Chetty and her squad scooped numerous awards and ranked as the best sales unit for Seeff in KZN in 2017.

When it comes to property for sale in Richards Bay, there is a local expert who could happily showcase the best opportunities on offer to you – Elaine Chetty. She and her husband, Silven, are the Licensees of Seeff Richards Bay and Elaine’s team, who have an average age of just 32, drive one of the most active and youngest branches in KwaZulu-Natal.

In fact, during 2017 they were ranked as the number one sales unit for Seeff KZN and Elaine would go on to scoop the prestigious Seeff Chairman’s Award for KZN from Samuel Seeff.

The awards ceremony, which took place in Umhlanga, saw Elaine and her team’s work recognised by the Seeff Chairman, who pointed out their incredible performance of enjoying consistent growth by 20% per annum over the last five years.

Their branch enjoys incredible leadership in the market, with a 24% market share as well as a high level of Seeff presence in Richards bay. This follows their achievement of receiving the National Award of Rental Office of the Year, due to the fact that they enjoy a consistently high level of rental income.

It’s no surprise that Elaine’s team is renowned for high energy and incredible work rate, as she herself not only handles all of her duties, but has become a respected member of the community at large due to her leadership of many community initiatives as the Chairwoman of the Zululand Business Women’s Association.

The awards don’t stop there though, as four of the top five winners in terms of units sold were based at Seeff Richards Bay. Kreselan Chetty sold the 5th most units in KZN, while her colleague Reanne Govender ranked third. Sebenzile Mthethwa occupied second place while Zandria Massyn starred not only as the winner in terms of units sold in KZN, but also second for rental units and in third place for rand rental value – earning Massyn the Rental Newcomer of the Year award at the same time.

Unbelievably, there was even more success as Koketso Phaswane was named Rookie Sales Agent of the Year while Terrence Pillay lifted the Newcomer of the Year for Sales.

So if you are looking for property in Richards Bay, you know you will be in good hands at this branch.
