Boys, bring out your toys for disadvantaged children

Bikers will leave from Suzuki Richards Bay at 9am and travel through to the Zululand Observer offices in Empangeni

THE annual Toy Run 2016 not only benefits local disadvantaged children who have little else to look forward to at Christmas time, but it also gives bike enthusiasts the opportunity to rev their engines.

Suzuki will once again facilitate the event on Sunday, 4 December, which benefits DICE (Do I Care Enough?).

Bikers will leave from Suzuki Richards Bay at 9am and travel through to the Zululand Observer offices in Empangeni, where they will meet DICE representatives and hand over their parcels of cheer.

Being joyful and festive builds up an appetite, so from Empangeni the group will travel to Richards Bay’s Umvubu Lodge for a breakfast (R50 each).

‘Toy Run 2016’ Badges will be for sale at R20 each and all interested parties are invited to contact Suzuki Richards Bay for queries, or to ask how you or your company can come on board to support his worthwhile charity exercise.

Those who cannot make the event may drop their toy donations off at Suzuki Richards Bay.
