LADIES will leave their hearts on the ramp as they fight for the Miss Mzingazi 2016 title at the Mzingazi Community Hall on Saturday.
The beauty pageant is a community programme aimed at encouraging and motivating the youth to take part in community activities and keep them busy and entertained.
‘Our country is going down because of the abuse of alcohol and drugs among our youth. This function is to ensure youngsters gather in a safe and positive environment,’ said event organiser Sthulile Mtshali.
‘We will use this platform to build confidence in young boys and girls, and will have professionals who will share information about substance abuse and how people can get help,’
The show will begin at 1pm, and tickets will be available at the door for R10.
