South Africa's premier drumming act coming to the stage at the Zululand Trade Fair

THEY have captivated audiences around the world, now they’re headed to Richards Bay – and they are going to blow your socks off.

1st Project – a high-octane percussion band that uses drums to enthrall their audiences, will be smashing their set for a Zululand audience for the first time this year.

Since starting in music school in Johannesburg, they have played over 2 000 shows, toured 25 countries and featured in hundreds of media articles worldwide – making them South Africa’s biggest and most successful drumming act.

Their success includes two SAMA (South African Music Award) nominations, a World Music Award in China, and saw them as the first South African band to feature in a full one hour musical special on DStv in South Africa, Asia and Africa.

Zululanders will be treated their world-class performance at the Zululand Trade Fair 2016, when they take to the stage on Saturday, 25 June from 8pm onwards on the main arena stage.

The Zululand Trade Fair runs on 24 and 25 June and tickets are available at the gate.
