Neenã heads for Miss United Continents SA 2016

Vote for proudly Zululand beauty, Neena Bezuidenhout, Top 12 Finalist for the Miss United Continents SA 2016

LOCAL Zululand beauty and Miss uShaka Marine World, Neenã Bezuidenhout (19) has been selected as a Top 12 Finalist for the Miss United Continents SA 2016, held in Johannesburg on 28 May.

If she wins, she will compete in Ecaudor in the Miss Continentes Unidos 2016 pageant.

‘It is the first year that South Africa is represented at the international final and a golden opportunity to represent this African nation on an international stage,’ says Neenã.

The finalists will be interviewed by the judges and then strut the catwalk in traditional wear, bikini and evening wear.

Lenie Pieterse, Director of Miss United Continents South Africa, says the contest is a platform for women to become charity and cultural ambassadors and become the best version of themselves.

Judging by the criteria, Neena indeed stands an excellent chance to snatch the crown.

She showed her mettle on the ramp, winning several pageants including Miss Zululand, Miss Badplaas, Miss Charity and Miss Totally Beachin.

She was also Miss Face of Signature 1st Princess.

Neenã is owner and founder of the anti-bullying campaign ‘Never look back’ and is serious about spreading the message to young women to be themselves unashamedly.

She is also passionate about helping people to harmonise their inner beauty and strength with their outer appearance and dreams of becoming an image consultant and business woman.

She is a qualified modelling teacher, a branch manager of a modelling agency and currently a first year student at the KZN College Design School Southern Africa, studying her BA Degree in Fashion Design.

Neenã plays the violin and places high value on education to develop a strong mind.

She believes in optimism, determination and humility and that a goal driven by passion, leads to success.
