Qadasi taking a walk on the wild side
Accompanied by his band member and friend Maqhinga Radebe, the duo will be performing at the ‘Take a Walk on the Wild Side - South African Ball’ in Bangkok, Thailand.
LOCAL Maskandi artist David ‘Qadasi’ Jenkins is gearing up to take on an international audience as he makes his third trip abroad.
Accompanied by his band member and friend Maqhinga Radebe, the duo will be performing at the ‘Take a Walk on the Wild Side – South African Ball’ in Bangkok, Thailand this weekend.
The social event is hosted for South Africans currently living in Thailand, and for locals interested in our country,
‘We are incredibly excited about the performance and are honoured to be ambassadors of South Africa, the KZN province and traditional music,’ said David.
Proceeds from the evening will be donated to Thailand’s Rice Seeds Sponsorship Programme and The Rhino Orphanage in South Africa.
