KWADLANGEZWA gospel promoter Lungi Dube (27) was recently awarded the Best Media Personality accolade during the Independent National Gospel Awards 2015 (Ingoma) in Pretoria.
The vibrant young promoter was nominated in two categories, including Best Promoter.
She is known for her work with various artists including Sandile Khawula, Themba Gumede and Mthoko Nkosi.
Dube has also worked with award-winning musicians such as Sgwili and Msawawa.
‘I am truly happy, this means my hard work and efforts have been recognised. I appreciate everyone who voted for me, and I will make sure I keep flying the Zululand flag high,’ she said.
