THE hair on your face can say a lot about your personality. So say the real manly men who know about these kinds of things.
So if you’re into the whole bearded man lumberjack look, what does your style of facial hair say about you?
We took a trip down the wormhole of Googlefacetwitter to find out:
Full beard
For the older man. A bit old fashioned, but young okes seem to like it these days.
Goatee
Stuck in the past. This was in style in the 1990s and has been overdone. If your dad or your dentist has one, it’s time for change.
Scruffy stubble
This is the trendiest look for your beard. Guys with the two-day stubble are usually on top of the latest fashion trends. Common misconception is the stubble look is zero. It actually takes some maintenance to keep it neat and tidy.
Sideburns
Apparently guys with side burns are dudes who like to have fun. We don’t agree. Cut them off, right now.
Chinstrap
Chinstraps are just a cry for attention, and no self respecting man should go for this. Unless you’re a super succesful R&B artist.
Moustache
Can be cool. Just be careful you don’t look like someone who should have starred in a 70s action movie.
Horseshoe moustache
You rebel, you. It’s a look for a man living on the edge, and who doesn’t work in an office.
Handlebar moustache
The good guy look. A handlebar mustachioed man would never look out of place sipping tea on the porch
Soul patch
We think this look is exclusively for fans of Billy-Ray Cyrus and guys who listen to country music.
Mutton chops
If you’re not in a speed metal band or riding a Harley for a living, this just won’t fly.
Clean shaven
This is the most common look for men all over the world, for generations. Why? Because its neat, tidy and clean.
