Leaf Warriors slay competition at the 6th annual Zululand Oddball Olympics

Oddball produces close results

LEAF Warriors were mentally sharp and physically geared for the challenges, slaying all opposing teams in winning the 6th annual Zululand Oddball Olympics title at St Catherine’s School on Saturday morning.

Thirty teams entered the popular competition that challenged athletes in 12, five-minute games.

Teams had to complete each game following the rules, to gain maximum points to challenge for the crown.

Loads of fun was had by everyone on the day, with all teams stepping it up in the dressing department.

Wild Cards made their presence heard, cheering all teams on and bagged the Best Team Spirit award for their efforts.

Great prizes were dished out to all winners thanks to good sponsorship.

All funds raised on the day went towards air conditioners in the classrooms at St Catherine’s.

Results

1 Leaf Warriors 186.45 points, 2 FAB Fam 185.55, 3 ZRC Sailors 183.69, 4 Bootcamps 1 178.05 and 5 School Girls 177.28.
