Flying start to the Big Five series

Rain-delayed Big Five Series gets underway in Mtunzini

THE Bell Big Five MTB Challenge got off to an excellent start on Saturday after the first event, the Zini River Estate Buffalo MTB race, was postponed owing to the heavy rain the previous weekend.

Although the rivers and streams had subsided, there was still plenty of mud through which the riders had to navigate, but this did not put off the speedsters.
