Rhinos pick up bonus point win on the road

Rhinos charge to third spot on Fidelity Security Moor Cup log

MANCOSA Rhinos’ winning charge continued over the weekend when both the first and second teams picked up comfortable victories against Fidelity Security Jaguars away in a Fidelity Moor Cup rugby encounter on Saturday.

The first team nailed their fourth Premier League win of the season, scoring a 36-26 bonus point victory in Durban.

This result now gives the local side 19 log points after five games, placing them in third spot out of 11 teams.

The second team won 12-7 in the earlier game.

Both sides will be in action tomorrow (Friday) evening when they take on Crusaders at Crusaders.

Kick-off for those games are scheduled for 7pm and 8.30pm respectively.

Rhinos will then have a bye the following weekend (12-13 May) before taking on second-placed Durban Collegians away on Saturday 20 May.
