Competing schools were Heuwelland, Felixton College, Richards Bay Christian School, GranthamPark Primary School, Veldenvlei, Richardia, Empangeni Christian School and Richards Bay Primary School.

The next festival will be hosted by Richardia Primary School on Saturday, with the action getting underway at 9am.
