Technicolour stampede for the rhinos

Bootcamps uMhlathuze took competitors through a warmup session before the actual colour run/walk got underway

LOCALS laced up their walking shoes, dressed in their whites and came out in full support of the St Catherine’s School ‘Save The Rhinos’ walk held on Saturday.

A total of 626 athletes ranging from crawlers and coach potatoes to the super fit endurance runners took on the 3km route, which took walkers from the school’s sports field, up Paul Avenue into David Glenny and back into Paul Avenue, before heading back down to the school.
