Motzouris jets to success yet again

Tyron Motzouris claimed the pro ski open title at the Pro Watercross World Championship.

LOCAL professional jet ski rider Tyron Motzouris has done it again.

After reaping success in America by winning the IJSBA National Championships, Motzouris jetted his way to another championship victory in the pro ski open category of the Pro Watercross World Championship, which was held from 22-27 September in Naples, Florida.

Motzouris managed to beat American, Brock Austen to claim the title with his team mate David Reginger clenching third.

Both Motzouris and Reginger rode Z-Craft built K1 skis.

Tyron’s focus is now shifted to the Kings Cup which will be held in Pattay, Thailand from 5 to 6 December.

This is a major event as it attracts 600 world class riders from all over the globe.
