Double title glory for Hume

Calvin Hume secured Natal Junior WFO Enduro Series and Natal X-Country Series titles.

CALVIN Hume was crowned king of motosport in KZN when the talented rider sped his way to first and second spot at the weekend in the last two racing events for the year.

His achievements handing Hume the Natal Junior WFO Enduro Series and Natal X-Country Series titles.

The Fast Power Sports rider has had an unbelievable season, with no fewer than nine first place and three second place finishes.

He dominating the technical extreme tracks, as well as the fast high speed tracks.

Hume finished second at the last Natal Junior WFO Enduro held on Saturday at Elandspruit Farm in Greytown.

He then dusted himself off and claimed top podium spot on Sunday in the last Natal X-Country event held at New Hanover.

After leaving competitors in his dust in the 85cc senior class, Hume will take it up a gear and compete in the 125cc class next year.

He will compete in the national off-road and Natal WFO Enduro Series.

Hume will attend the Motorsports South Africa (MSA) prize-giving ceremony in Durban later this year, where he will receive his KZN colours for motosport.
