It’s actually more like a lack of options, but is it the best choice?

My family and I were served an order of terror when the five pizzas we took home from a pizzeria on Thursday night caused us to promptly change religion and spend the evening praying to the ‘porcelain god’, offering up everything we had to give.

We have never been so sick in all our lives.

The pizzas seemed to have a lot more cheese and sauce than usual. I was actually impressed when I first got them, but now I think that this restaurant may have been covering something up.

The following morning an old friend called me up and also complained about another pizzeria where she had bought a pizza, which made her quite sick the same night.

Remember people, no electricity means food will defrost, and once it’s defrosted, you have to cook it soon after.

Meat that’s been left out in the heat for hours is dangerous. Pork, chicken and fish go bad very quickly.

Restaurants know these things, but perhaps making a ‘quick buck’ is better than reputation and customer satisfaction.

I’m sure many other citizens are having similar experiences as the load shedding progressively worsens.
