COAL TO THE WORLD, GROWTH TO THE NATION INTERNAL/EXTERNAL VACANCY: HT ELECTRICIAN JOB GRADE : CL YOUR OPPORTUNITY RBCT is looking for a HT Electrician to perform skilled tasks within the field of power reticulation in order to comply with legislation, maintain serviceability, reliability, plant integrity and safety of all personnel and equipment under their area of control and provide specialized service to all departments. WHAT YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO DO
•Maintaining an effective installation, maintenance and control system for all section equipment;
•Administration;
•Maintain safety and quality standards;
•Perform mentorship role in a team environment. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Minimum requirements Relevant N3 Certificate or recognized equivalent in Electrical Engineering. Must have 5 Years post apprenticeship relevant electrical plant or industry experience with minimum 3 years specific MV experience. Skills Trade tested Installation Electrician in terms of SANS 10142-1 certification. EThekwini Municipality M.V. competence for industries or equivalent plus 3 year M.V. switching experience Computer knowledge M.S Office suite, SAP, Windows Code 8 drivers licence Behavioural Attributes Good communication skills, team player, able to work under pressure, self-starter, innovative, good fault finding technique, effective decision making. INTERNAL /EXTERNAL VACANCY: TECHNICAL CONTROLLER JOB GRADE : CL YOUR OPPORTUNITY RBCT is looking for a Technical Controller to provide a comprehensive technical control service to the stores department and thus ensure serviceability of all engineering maintenance spares. WHAT YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO DO
•Maintenance of material master data;
•Inspection of receipts to ensure compliance;
•Maintenance of stock as per maintenance schedule;
•Maintenance and control of rotable process;
•Any other supplementary duties to carry out task of Technical Controller. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements Matric, N6 with Trade test, Qualified Artisan. Must have 10 years relevant experience in the private sector. Skills Computer knowledge M.S Office suite, Windows, SAP knowledge. Code 8 drivers licence. Behavioural Attributes Team Player, Trust-worthy and dependable.
