WHILE fully-laden side-tipper trucks destined for the Port of Richards Bay continue to wreak havoc on the region’s roads, there is another problem slowing movement between the John Ross highway and the port.
On the road from the Alton intersection, past the old Hulamin Bayside and on to the port are what can only be described as craters covering the stretch of road.

Forcing the heavy-duty trucks almost to a stop, the giant potholes are no match for regular vehicles.
