Disaster management in spotlight at Mtubatuba

While a crowdfunding initiative has been launched to assist business owners who lost everything in last week’s Mtubatuba CBD building fire, the event once again highlighted challenges facing the local municipality’s disaster management, in particular its lack of a fire engine.
