Mtubatuba municipal leadership to conduct oversight visits to ongoing projects

The Mtubatuba Municipality Executive Committee (Exco) is expected to conduct oversight visits on Thursday, 18 July and Friday at ongoing projects.

This follows an Exco meeting at which it was resolved that the municipal leadership should visit local capital projects that are under construction.

The visits will be led by Mayor Mxolisi Mthethwa together with his deputy, council speaker, council whip, Exco, councillors of wards where the projects are rolled out, the newly-appointed administrator MB Mnguni, members of the technical and infrastructure development portfolio committee, and senior managers.

The projects to be visited include the Mtubatuba Tourism Centre in town, the Dukuduku and Nkombose sport fields, housing projects at Mpukunyoni and Siyathuthuka, and the Mqhiyeni Agricultural Project.
