Residents irked by illegal dumping at Small Craft Harbour in Richards Bay
An open field at the entrance of the Small Craft Harbour in Richards Bay has become an illegal dumping site, posing a health risk for local residents.
Bags of rubbish are strewn on the ground near restaurants and other amenities, causing a stench in the area.
The City of uMhlathuze has been alerted to the illegal dumping act.
