Multiple casualties in N2 pile-up near Empangeni

At least five people have been injured in a collision involving seven vehicles, including a truck, on the N2 between eSikhaleni and the Empangeni off-ramp on Saturday evening.

According to paramedics, there were 20 occupants on scene with 15 escaping serious injury. Five others were transported to Ngwelezana Hospital for further treatment.

Emergency services and law enforcement are still working to clear the scene.
