Tax filing season set to open in July

Taxpayers are being urged to get all their documents in order in preparation for the upcoming tax season, opening next month.

The South African Revenue Service (Sars) has announced the filing season for individual (non-provisional) taxpayers will be open from 15 July to 21 October.

A number of taxpayers will be auto-assessed again this year…
