Deejays to spin at charity bash

In celebration of his birthday, master of spin Mxozet will host a big charity event this Saturday.

This is the second such event that will be held at Gesh Lounge in eMatshana, and this year will focus on collection of sanitary pads for local young women.

Zululanders can drop off their donations during the event on Saturday, which will feature various deejays such as DJ Nhle, Vio Da King, Njiva, Beautation, Treasure M, Busted, Zero, Sosoul, and resident deejays.

“We are working with other organisations that are already on the ground with this drive. We are focusing on schools and will work with the community to identify beneficiaries.

“As a man I was touched when I heard the news of young women suffering during their periods and I wanted to bring change,” said Mxozet.
