More cold weather on its way

The sun may be out, but Zululanders should not pack away their winter woolies or umbrellas just yet as another big freeze is on its way.

While not expected to be as long-lasting or severe as the previous cold front, Wednesday brings with it more rain to the region, with more snow forecast for the KZN interior.

The forecast could still change, but rain in the Zululand region is expected on Wednesday and Thursday, with highs of 23 and 14 respectively for Richards Bay.

Empangeni can expect 22 and 14 on Wednesday and Thursday respectively; Hluhluwe 24 and 15; eShowe 18 and 10; Gingindlovu 22 and 14; Pongola 27 and 15 with no rain, and Mtubatuba 23 and 16 with rain.
