Ongoing illegal dumping enrages local farmer

Farmer and homeowner Warren Boettger has been battling an ongoing illegal dumping issue near his premises on Weightman Avenue, south of Empangeni.

He said people have been dumping waste material and rubble for some time, with his livestock now unable to graze in the area because of the litter.
