Renewed stink rises over Veldenvlei sewage woes
AfriForum says residents in the area have been struggling for 10 years to get the problem resolved
The city has responded to a media release from civil rights organisation AfriForum regarding ‘frequent sewage spillage in Veldenvlei in Richards Bay’.
“This follows after residents in this area have already been struggling for 10 years to get the problem resolved,” said AfriForum, who requested a timetable that demonstrates the municipality’s actions to tackle this problem.
