To better prepare students entering the world of work and university, Siyasiza Foundation hosted a youth-focused event recently in Obizo.
The NPO addressed attendees on gender-based violence, HIV/Aids, as well as substance abuse. There was also a mobile clinic conducting on-site testing.
Other programmes included assisting the youth in registering for NSFAS and other bursaries linked to higher education institutions.
Local councillor Ntshaba ended the day by donating sports jerseys to the local soccer team.
