There was tension at the court, with family members of the deceased weeping as siblings Cashile Buthelezi (51) and Sibusiso (40) made their appearance in connection with the murder of their stepmother.

It is alleged that the murder was the result of a dispute over inheritance.

The matter was adjourned to 18 November for further investigations.
