Truck crashes into construction workers on Amajuba Pass

Two people sustained fatal injuries on the N11 Amajuba Pass outside Newcastle earlier this morning (Tuesday).

Reports say a truck lost control and collided with construction vehicles and workers.

Both KwaZulu Private Ambulance and KZN EMS attended the scene and paramedics treated two patients who sustained serious and minor injuries.

Another two patients succumbed to their injuries before emergency services arrived.
