Slipper-up on Slipper Day and help children fighting life-threatening illnesses

The Slipper Day campaign raises funds for the Reach for a Dream Foundation

After two years of working from home for many people, every day is probably slipper day.

Today’s Slipper Day (6 May) is special, however, as it is the one that makes dreams come true for children fighting illnesses, with the support of the Reach for a Dream Foundation.

The Slipper Day campaign raises funds for children between the ages of 3 and 18 with life-threatening illnesses, so that they can fulfil their dreams and give the children a positive lasting memory, as well as hope and courage to continue fighting their illnesses.

Countrywide, citizens can stand together today and buy a R20 sticker in-store, online or on the Pick n Pay Asap! app and help children who are fighting life-threatening illnesses to reach for their dreams.

All proceeds from Slipper Day sticker sales go to Reach for a Dream.

Pick n Pay Clothing will also donate a percentage of the proceeds from every pair of slippers sold in their stores.
