Keen to share their knowledge and pool skills, KwaMbonambi Pool Mania League’s seasoned players seek to attract youngsters to the sport.
Jandre de Beer, Frikkie Barnard, Rob Higgs, Jan Hayes, Hannes Vermeulen and Rae Chivas are among the players helping to develop the talent of their community’s younger generations.
These six pool players at all competed at various competitions both locally and nationally.
League pool games take place every Wednesday at KwaMbonambi Golf Club, and those youngsters who have joined are showing great skill.
Some even scooped awards at the league’s awards last month.
The club welcomes all cue sport enthusiasts, and would like to see more youth joining the sport.
