Kindness is everywhere.
It’s in those brief interactions with strangers that make your morning that little bit better, the small things your loved ones may do that bring a smile to your face, right up to larger acts of charity that could turn someone’s life around or at least brighten it for a time.
Random Acts of Kindness Day is commemorated on 17 February, having been created by the Random Acts of Kindness Foundation.
It is a day in which we try to become more in tune with the everyday kindnesses happening around us, and to offer our own gestures of kindness, no matter how small, to others.
Random Acts of Kindness Week is celebrated from 13-19 February and promotes the cause of kindness, and how creating a kinder world should never end.
So today , take some time out of your day for just one random act of kindness, and spread the love.
