Zululanders invited to support global walk to raise awareness of climate change emergency

ARRIVING this week in Glasgow, Zululander Natasha Fortuin, a member of the WALK2COP26 team who walked 500 miles from London to Glasgow to raise awareness of the climate change emergency is excited about the ‘Walk with us, Wherever you are’ events taking place tomorrow (Sunday) around the globe.
Fortuin and five others set off earlier this month, and the environmental campaigners arrived in time for the start of the 2021 UN Climate Change Conference, also known as COP26, tomorrow.

By supporting the ‘Walk with us, Wherever you are’ events this weekend, participants can download the free AtlasGo app, which is a charity app that will plant trees for the distance you cover, so every step you take is helping to plant more trees in the ground.

Download AtlasGo, hit ‘Explore’, hit ‘Join Virtual Challenge’, use the code ‘walk2cop26’, join the group called ‘RichardsBay SAfrica’.
Then activate AtlasGo whenever you walk.
