The new Shell filling station in Alumina Allée, between Bluff Meats and Ram Couriers, is now open. This modern filling station is ideally situated and will greatly benefit people working in Alton, as well as Brackenham and Aquadene residents.
The new Shell station is owner-managed and boasts the latest high-speed fuel pumps. Their diesel, currently selling for R15.99/litre, is the cheapest in the Bay.
Inside the Spar Express shop you will find only the freshest food stuffs like McCoy pies, curries, chicken pieces, rolls, doughnuts, Lavazza coffees and confectionery, as well as an ATM.
Rewards programme
Regular clients making use of Shell’s V-Plus customer rewards programme will benefit even more as they can earn 15 cents per litre in cash rewards. This is how the Shell V-Plus rewards work:
- Once registered, swipe your V-Plus card every time you fill up or purchase something in the Spar Express convenience shop at the garage
- Customers can have three active cards linked to their account at any one time, and individual cards can be kept in different vehicles
- All cards have the same ability to earn and spend rewards
- When a cardholder has earned enough cash rewards, the V-Plus card can be used to pay for fuel at Shell service stations
- Capitec clients also get cashback at Shell by simply swiping the registered Shell V-Plus card and paying with a Capitec card to earn 20c per litre in cash rewards.
